The Tooth That Will NEVER DIE
Mary has had a loose front tooth for, oh, I don't know, about 13 or 14 years now. I swear this thing gets loose, and then grows back into her gums. I know that's possible because I've never had a cavity so that means I'm practically a dentist. What? I don't know. Shut up. Anyhoooo, she finally came home from school a few days ago with it like this. Hanging over her top lip (Someone at school told her she looked like Nanny McPhee. Hahahaha! Luckily she thought it was funny and wasn't offended so Jay and I were able to laugh out loud). I was giving that tooth hours at the most. I was sure it was coming out before bed time. Nope. And I swear to you it has grown back into her gums again. What is that????? It's not nearly as loose as it was. Has anyone else had their children's teeth do this? Or should I be worried?

Would you please get that child to a dentist and have it taken out!! :) Have you taken her to the dentist for it? We had problems with Faith's 2 bottom teeth...they were only slightly loose and her 2 grown up teeth were almost completely grown in the back of her baby ones. The dentist had to end up pulling the baby teeth out. Mary's tooth may just have to be pulled. Keep me posted!
Nanny McPhee - I love it!! If I was there I would come over and yank that for you. Isn't she motivated by toothfairy cash? I need to talk with her :-)
That picture is the BEST!! Once Emmaline let her permanent tooth grow in behind her baby tooth. It was so hard for the dentist to get it out. After that, Tyler would say, "Come here and let me wiggle it" and then yank it out. It got so that she wouldn't even tell us when a tooth was loose. Ridiculous!!!
